A: Yes, you can request a sample. However, it is not free and you will need to pay for it. Rest assured, we can refund the cost when you place an order.

Q2:Can I customize the color, size, or logo of the sample?
A: Absolutely! it will have mold cost considering the case size. (USD50 for case size arrange 25 X 15X 6cm),if the size bigger than size, please let’s talk in details. Molding time 3 days, sampling time 4 days.

Q3: Are you a trading company or manufacturer For EVA Case Factory?
A: We cooperate with EVA mold factory and then we sew by ourselves.

Q4: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom EVA cases?
A: Usually , the MOQ is 1000pcs. However, we do accept smaller quantities for trial orders.

Q5: Do you provide design services for custom EVA cases?
A: Yes, we have a highly experienced design team that can bring your concepts to life. We can create a design based on your requirements or the components you intend to place inside the case.
